Causes and solutions of industrial fuel heaters E1 and E2 failures;

Abstract: Friends who are familiar with the operation of the fuel heater should have encountered the e1 failure of the fuel heater. The phenomenon is that it stops working after running for a period of time, and the display window displays "E1". So, what is the reason for the failure of the fuel heater e1? how should I solve this? please watch the following part.first

 Friends who are familiar with the operation of the fuel heater should have encountered the e1 failure of the fuel heater. The phenomenon is that it stops working after running for a period of time, and the display window displays "E1". So, what is the reason for the failure of the fuel heater e1? how should I solve this? please watch the following part.

1. Reasons and solutions for the failure of fuel heater E1
1. There is no fuel in the fuel tank: Put clean diesel or kerosene into the fuel tank and use regular fuel.
2. There is dust on the filter cotton at the inlet/outlet of the air pump: clean or replace the filter cotton.
3. The nozzle is blocked: clean or replace the injector.
4. The air circuit is blocked or leaking: Check whether the air circuit is unblocked or the air pipe is broken.
5. Clogged suction filter: Clean or replace the suction filter (the oil filter is connected to the oil pipe located in the fuel tank).
6. The ignition needle is dirty or the distance between the ignition needles is incorrect: clean the ignition needle or adjust the distance between the ignition needles.
7. Dirty or damaged photoelectric switch: Clean or replace the photoelectric switch.
8. The ignition pin does not ignite: replace the ignition transformer.

2. Other fault causes and solutions of fuel heaters
• Failure: "E2" is displayed on the right screen
Possible reasons:
1. The temperature probe is damaged;
2. The temperature probe plug on the circuit board is loose

Troubleshooting measures:
1. Check or replace the temperature probe;
2. Re-tighten the temperature probe cable

• Failure: Flame streaking out of burner
Possible cause: Excessive air pressure

Troubleshooting measures:
1. Open the top back cover, adjust the progress scale of the air duct, adjust the scale value to be higher than the current value (adjust until the flame retracts into the air duct)
